Chocolate Pudding
Ingredients
- 100 ml Milk
- 2 tsp GelatinĀ
- 6 tsp Sugar (ground)
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 nos Egg yolks
- 2 tsp Cocoa
- 1/2 cup Cream
- 1/2 tsp Chocolate (sweetened)
Instructions
- Heat the water and dissolve the gelatin
- Put the egg yolks, sugar and milk in a bowl
- Heat water in a saucepan and place the bowl over the hot water and whisk until it forms a soft custard.
- Grind this mixture with gelatin, honey and cocoa powder in a grinder until smooth
- Whip the cream and add to the mixture
- Refrigerate until set and serve garnished with melted chocolate
