Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Black Gram
  • 2 nos Lemon
  • 2 nos Green Chilles
  • 1 nos Onion
  • 1 nos Tomato
  • 2 tbsp Tamarind Pulp
  • Salt as needed
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • Chaat masala as per requirement
  • Coriander as required

Instructions
 

  • Boil one cup of gram in a pot on low heat
  • When it dissolves well, add water
  • Add more water and add finely chopped green chillies and tamarind pulp to it and keep it on the stove so that the water dries up.
  • Remove the chickpeas and keep aside to cool
  • When it cools down, add salt, lemon juice, finely chopped tomatoes and onions
  • Sprinkle black pepper and chaat masala powder and serve.
