Cooking oil as per requirement
Instructions
Mix flour and flour, add salt and two tablespoons of cooking oil and knead it.
Fry the finely chopped onion like an omelette in one tablespoon of cooking oil until soft.
Then add salt, black pepper, finely chopped green chillies and green coriander and fry it.
Finally, add the eggs and turmeric and fry until the eggs are cooked completely (three to four minutes).
Spread this mixture and cool it well, make balls of kneaded dough and fill them with this mixture.
Roll the paratha with light hand and fry it golden in cooking oil on hot pan.
