Anda Paratha

Ingredients
  

  • 4 nos Eggs
  • 2 bowl Flour
  • 1/2 cup All purpose flour
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 nos Onion
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • 4-6 nos Green chillies
  • 1/2 bunch Green Coriander
  • Cooking oil as per requirement

Instructions
 

  • Mix flour and flour, add salt and two tablespoons of cooking oil and knead it.
  • Fry the finely chopped onion like an omelette in one tablespoon of cooking oil until soft.
  • Then add salt, black pepper, finely chopped green chillies and green coriander and fry it.
  • Finally, add the eggs and turmeric and fry until the eggs are cooked completely (three to four minutes).
  • Spread this mixture and cool it well, make balls of kneaded dough and fill them with this mixture.
  • Roll the paratha with light hand and fry it golden in cooking oil on hot pan.
