Ingredients
  

  • 250 gm Meat
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 1 nos Chopped Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic chopped
  • 1 pinch Red pepper (chopped and seeds removed)
  • 90 gm Green beans
  • 2 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 3 tbsp Coriander (chopped)
  • Salt and pepper powder to taste

Instructions
 

  • Remove the fat from the meat and make meatballs
  • Heat oil in a pan and cook the meat on high heat until brown
  • Take it out with the help of a spoon and spread it on a kitchen paper
  • Add onion, garlic, and chilies to the oil in the pan and fry for two to three minutes
  • After that, add the beans and stir fry for three minutes
  • After frying, add mint, meat fish sauce, lemon juice and sugar and stir fry for three to four minutes.
  • After that add salt and black pepper and serve hot
