Egg Fried Noodles

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Noodles
  • 4 tbsp Oil
  • 4 nos Green onions (cut into 1/2 inch pieces)
  • 1 pcs Lemon (juice)
  • 2 pcs Garlic cloves (chopped)
  • 1 pcs Chicken breast (boneless and sliced)
  • 2 pcs Prawns (cleaned)
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 nos Egg
  • Coriander greens for garnishing

Instructions
 

  • Cook the noodles in boiling water until soft, then drain and set aside.
  • Heat 1/2 amount of oil in a frying pan, add green onions and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  • After that add noodles, lemon juice and soy sauce and stir fry for 2-3 minutes
  • Now take it out in a bowl
  • Now heat the remaining amount of oil and add garlic, chicken breast or prawns to it and stir-fry well on high heat.
  • Then add Worcestershire sauce and brown sugar
  • Now break the eggs and add them with a light hand
  • Add the noodles to it and toss it lightly with your hands and heat it slightly and take it out in a serving dish and serve it garnished with green coriander.
