Ingredients
  

  • 1 nos Brain
  • 1 cup Chicken
  • 2 tbsp Soya Sause
  • 1 tbsp Cornflour
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 cup Stove
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Viniger
  • 1/3 tsp Black or white pepper
  • 2 tbsp Cooking Oil
  • 1 nos Onion

Instructions
 

  • Cut onions into squares and fry lightly in oil
  • Boil it and remove the membrane
  • Boil the meat lightly, add soy sauce, sugar, vinegar and keep it for 10 minutes
  • Now fry the meat with onions on a low flame and fry it
  • Remove when dry
