Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 kg Meat
  • 1 tbsp Proven hot spices
  • 1 tsp Jaifal Javtri powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 cup Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 cup Tomatoes (finely chopped)
  • 3-4 cloves Garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1 inch Ginger (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 cup Yougurt
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil as required

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a saucepan and add onions, tomatoes, garlic, ginger and meat and fry until the water in the meat dries up.
  • Add curd, hot spices, nutmeg jawtri powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt to it and cover and cook on medium heat until the meat is cooked.
  • Add gravy of your choice and remove from the stove.
  • Remove to a serving dish and start with the naan kulcha.
