Heat oil in a saucepan and add onions, tomatoes, garlic, ginger and meat and fry until the water in the meat dries up.
Add curd, hot spices, nutmeg jawtri powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt to it and cover and cook on medium heat until the meat is cooked.
Add gravy of your choice and remove from the stove.
Remove to a serving dish and start with the naan kulcha.
