Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Karela (Bitter Gourd)
  • 3 nos Tomatoes
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 2 nos Onion
  • 1 nos Capsicum
  • 1 tsp Crushed Red Chilli
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp Ground hot spices
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 4 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Viniger
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 4 nos Green Chilles
  • 1/2 bunch Green Coriander
  • 1/2 cup Cooking Oil

Instructions
 

  • Peel the krills and cut them into small pieces and spread them with salt.
  • After fifteen to twenty minutes, wash off thoroughly.
  • Fry in cooking oil and take out.
  • Heat cooking oil in a pan and add finely chopped ginger and onion and fry until golden brown and add fried bitter gourd.
  • Add salt, red pepper, turmeric, hot spices, black pepper, ketchup and vinegar and mix it.
  • Add a quarter cup of water and cook on low heat.
  • When the bitter gourd comes to a boil, add capsicum, green chillies and tomato slices to it.
  • Sprinkle finely chopped green coriander and sugar and cook on low flame for five to seven minutes.
  • Start the delicious curry made with this unique recipe with steamed rice or chapatis of your choice.
