Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Cow Meat slices (psanday)
  • 3 nos Medium Onions
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Garlic (Crushed)
  • 1 tsp Ginger (grated)
  • 1 tsp Poppy seeds
  • 1 tsp White cumin (roasted)
  • 1 tsp Ground (roasted)
  • 1 tsp Sesame seeds (roasted)
  • 1 tsp Coconut (grated)
  • 1/2 cup Oil
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Hot spices (ground)

Instructions
 

  • Mix curd, curd, salt, red pepper, ground coriander and turmeric in a bowl and keep it for one to two hours.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add finely chopped onion and fry golden sesame
  • Now add the spices and fry for a while
  • Then add a cup of water, cover and reduce the heat
  • Cook until desired
  • Until dry rot
  • Add poppy seeds, sesame seeds, ground coconut, and white cumin seeds to the mixer and grind the spices
  • Now add this paste to the likes, mix it and put it on the tail
  • Serve with warm rotis
