Wash gram dal and keep it soaked in hot water, then add turmeric, red chillies and a tablespoon of cooking oil to it and boil it (but keep the dal open).
Fry the chopped onions like an omelette in cooking oil until golden brown and add tomatoes to it and cover and cook till the tomatoes turn brown.
Fry the tomatoes well, add salt and boiled dal and finally add eggs and mix.
Sprinkle finely chopped green chillies and green coriander and fry for three to four minutes and remove from the stove.
