Ingredients
  

  • 250 gm Green Chillies
  • 250 gm Curd
  • 1/4 tsp Fenugreek seeds
  • 1 pinch Raye
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Leave the stalks of the chillies to rest and slit one side with a sharp knife
  • Roast the fenugreek seeds in a pan, fry the turmeric in a little oil and coat the rye thickly.
  • Then grind all the ingredients together
  • Now add curd to this masala
  • Add salt as needed
  • Then fill all the spices in the chilies
  • Cover and keep in the sun for two hours to dry
  • After that take sesame seeds in oil
  • Dry the chillies thoroughly in the sun and store them with this spice and fry them whenever you want
