Instructions
Leave the stalks of the chillies to rest and slit one side with a sharp knife
Roast the fenugreek seeds in a pan, fry the turmeric in a little oil and coat the rye thickly.
Then grind all the ingredients together
Now add curd to this masala
Add salt as needed
Then fill all the spices in the chilies
Cover and keep in the sun for two hours to dry
After that take sesame seeds in oil
