Put ginger, garlic paste, onion, brown sugar, soy sauce, salt and meat in a bowl, mix well and keep it for marinating for 2 hours.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a saucepan, add bamboo shoot, baby corn, green onion, green and red chillies and fry them and keep them in a separate plate.
Heat the remaining oil in the same saucepan and fry the meat.
If the color of the meat changes, add corn flour dissolved in water. When the gravy starts to thicken, add fish sauce and fried vegetables and cook for 1 minute. Take it out in a serving dish and start.
