Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 kg Qeemah (hand chopped)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Crushed Ginger Garlic
  • 4 tbsp Tikka Masala
  • 2 nos Onion
  • 1 cup Curd
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 3-4 nos Green Chillies
  • Coriander as desired
  • 4 tbsp Cooking Oil

Instructions
 

  • Wash the mince and dry it in a sieve. Finely chop the onion and keep it.
  • Beat the curd and add salt, ginger, garlic, spices and lemon juice to it and mix well and marinate the mince with it.
  • Place the burning coal in the middle of the kaema and cover it.
  • Fry the onion in cooking oil until golden and add the mince (remove the coal) to it.
  • Fry it well on medium flame until the curd water dries up and remove it from the stove.
