Instructions
Wash the mince and dry it in a sieve. Finely chop the onion and keep it.
Beat the curd and add salt, ginger, garlic, spices and lemon juice to it and mix well and marinate the mince with it.
Place the burning coal in the middle of the kaema and cover it.
Fry the onion in cooking oil until golden and add the mince (remove the coal) to it.
Fry it well on medium flame until the curd water dries up and remove it from the stove.
