Soak almonds, cashews and poppy seeds in half a cup of water and then grind them to make a paste.
Fry the chopped onion in cooking oil in a pan until soft.
Then add crushed garlic and minced meat and fry it.
Also add curd, when curd water becomes dry, add cardamom powder, ground green chillies, white chilli powder and almond cashew paste and fry further when the oil starts to separate and it becomes a light gravy then turn off the stove.
