Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Peach
  • 1 1/2 kg Sugar
  • 1 lit Water

Instructions
 

  • Cut the peach peel into cross pieces and remove the pit from the inside - now put sugar in water and put it on the stove. When it boils, add the peaches. Let it cook for two to four minutes.
  • Remove when it turns brown. Before taking it out, check that the syrup has become a string. Now let it cool, after it cools, strain it with a fine cloth. And fill the dry bottles with this syrup. The remaining peaches can be eaten with cream like a sweet dish.
