Keep the milk boiling, take out the cardamom seeds and grind it with sugar and add it to the milk and let the milk boil on low heat.
When the milk thickens, add finely chopped almonds, pistachios and condensed milk to it and after two to three boils, remove from the stove and keep it to cool.
Boil the noodles in boiling water for 10 to 12 minutes and drain the cold water from the top.
Pour the condensed milk into beautiful bowls and serve with noodles and rubbery.
