Ingredients
  

  • 465 gm Rasura Pulp
  • 1 1/2 lit Rose Water
  • 465 gm Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Take the cooked leeks and break them open
  • Clean the pulp inside. Because it has seeds and sticky substance attached to it
  • Cook half the pulp cleaned in this way in one teaspoon of rose extract for about half an hour on a low flame.
  • Squeeze or strain the extract again
  • But while sifting, care should be taken that peels etc. do not come
  • Then make a simple syrup by boiling it for ten minutes with a pinch of powdered sugar and half a pinch of rose extract
  • Put it in the previously prepared extract and boil it for ten minutes
  • until it turns into a nice syrup
