Hyderabadi Chutney

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch Coriander (finely chopped)
  • 1 bunch Mint (finely chopped).
  • 6 pcs Green chillies
  • 1 cup Tamarind pulp
  • 1 tbsp Cumin (proven)
  • 3 pcs Red chillies
  • 4 cloves Garlic (including peels)
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • First fry cumin seeds, red chillies and garlic on a tawa
  • Then add coriander, mint, green chillies, tamarind pulp, roasted spices and salt in a blender and blend well.
  • Delicious Hyderabadi chutney is ready in few minutes
  • You can eat it with boiled rice
  • Curry will not be needed
