Wash and finely chop the spinach, put it in boiling water for three to four minutes and put it in cold water.
Boil the peas, carrots and beans (finely chopped) and crush them. Boil and crush the potatoes too. Finely chop the onion and fry until golden, beat the eggs lightly and fry for a minute.
Put all the vegetables in a bowl and add salt, ginger garlic, red chillies, coriander cumin seeds, crushed pomegranate seeds, fried onions, egg and corn flour and mix well.
Make kebabs of this mixture and keep it in the fridge for some time, then fry it in cooking oil until golden.
