Green chillies, green coriander as required
Instructions
Heat oil in a pot and add onions and fry for 5 minutes
Then add tomato, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garlic paste and fry for another 2 minutes.
Now add tauri and salt to it and cook on high flameAfter that keep it on low flame for some time
After that keep it on low flame
When the tori gets dissolved and the water dries up, fry it and turn off the stove
Take it out in a dish, garnish with green chillies and green coriander and serve with dal rice or roti
