Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Turaie
  • 1 nos Onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 pcs Tomatoes (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic paste
  • 1 cup Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Green chillies, green coriander as required

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pot and add onions and fry for 5 minutes
  • Then add tomato, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garlic paste and fry for another 2 minutes.
  • Now add tauri and salt to it and cook on high flameAfter that keep it on low flame for some time
  • After that keep it on low flame
  • When the tori gets dissolved and the water dries up, fry it and turn off the stove
  • Take it out in a dish, garnish with green chillies and green coriander and serve with dal rice or roti
