Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 kg Rice flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper powder
  • Water as needed
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  • Oil for frying

For the filling:

  • 1 kg Chicken (boiled and shredded)
  • 1 nos Capsicum (finely chopped)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise

Instructions
 

  • Take rice and add a little cumin, salt, black pepper powder and water to the flour and mix it like thin batter.

  • Add chicken, capsicum, salt and mayonnaise in a bowl and mix
  • Pour the mixture on the rice paratha and roll it like a roll
  • Cut the roll with a stick and take it out in a dish and serve with ketchup
