Egg Fingers

Ingredients
  

  • 5-6 nos Egg
  • Salt to taste
  • 2-3 nos Onion
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper chopped
  • 1 tsp Paprika powder
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 2 tbsp Cornflour
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
  • Cooking oil as per requirement

Instructions
 

  • Beat the eggs and add salt, black pepper, half a teaspoon of paprika powder and finely chopped green onion (optionally add shredded chicken).
  • Place these beaten eggs in a greased pan over boiling water, cover and steam for fifteen to twenty minutes.
  • Remove from the stove, cool and cut into slices.
  • Add cornflour, double bread crumbs, salt and pepper powder to the flour and mix and make a thick mixture by adding cold water little by little.
  • Dip the prepared egg fingers in this mixture and deep fry them in cooking oil until golden.
