Instructions
Beat the eggs and add salt, black pepper, half a teaspoon of paprika powder and finely chopped green onion (optionally add shredded chicken).
Place these beaten eggs in a greased pan over boiling water, cover and steam for fifteen to twenty minutes.
Remove from the stove, cool and cut into slices.
Add cornflour, double bread crumbs, salt and pepper powder to the flour and mix and make a thick mixture by adding cold water little by little.
Dip the prepared egg fingers in this mixture and deep fry them in cooking oil until golden.
