Green Kabab

Ingredients
  

  • 3 nos Potatoes
  • 1 cup Peas
  • 150 gm Spinach
  • 1 bunch Mint
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Crushed garlicĀ 
  • 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 2 nos Egg
  • Breadcrumbs as needed
  • 3-4 nos Green Chillies
  • 1/2 bunch Green Coriander
  • Cooking oil as per requirement

Instructions
 

  • Boil the peas with a cup of water and crushed garlic on a low heat until the water dries up and the peas are well decomposed.
  • Wash and finely chop the spinach and mint and keep them in a sieve to dry well.
  • Add spinach, mint, mashed peas, salt, black pepper and finely chopped green chillies and coriander to the boiled mashed potatoes and mix well and make kebabs of desired shape.
  • Heat the cooking oil in a pan on medium heat and dip the kebabs in beaten egg and roll them in breadcrumbs and fry until golden.
