Boil the peas with a cup of water and crushed garlic on a low heat until the water dries up and the peas are well decomposed.
Wash and finely chop the spinach and mint and keep them in a sieve to dry well.
Add spinach, mint, mashed peas, salt, black pepper and finely chopped green chillies and coriander to the boiled mashed potatoes and mix well and make kebabs of desired shape.
Heat the cooking oil in a pan on medium heat and dip the kebabs in beaten egg and roll them in breadcrumbs and fry until golden.
