Green Kabab
Ingredients
- 3 nos Potatoes
- 1 cup Peas
- 150 gm Spinach
- 1 bunch Mint
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Crushed garlicĀ
- 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 2 nos Egg
- Breadcrumbs as needed
- 3-4 nos Green Chillies
- 1/2 bunch Green Coriander
- Cooking oil as per requirement
Instructions
- Boil the peas with a cup of water and crushed garlic on a low heat until the water dries up and the peas are well decomposed.
- Wash and finely chop the spinach and mint and keep them in a sieve to dry well.
- Add spinach, mint, mashed peas, salt, black pepper and finely chopped green chillies and coriander to the boiled mashed potatoes and mix well and make kebabs of desired shape.
- Heat the cooking oil in a pan on medium heat and dip the kebabs in beaten egg and roll them in breadcrumbs and fry until golden.
