Spicy Chicken Kaleji

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 kg Chicken liver
  • 2 pcs Onion (cut into slices)
  • 1 tbsp Garlic ginger paste
  • 1 tsp Red Chillies (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Ground Coriander (roasted and chopped)
  • 1 tsp Ground cumin (roasted and chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Tomato puree
  • 1/4 tsp Hot spice powder
  • Coriander (chopped) as desired
  • Green chillies (chopped) as desired
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil as required

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a saucepan, add onion and fry it.
  • Add Kaleji and garlic ginger paste and fry.
  • When its water dries up and changes color, add salt, chopped red chillies, coriander powder, curd and tomato puree, mix and cover and cook.
  • When the oil separates, fry and add chopped cumin, chopped coriander, hot spice powder, green coriander and green chillies.
  • Remove to a serving plate and start with warm naan or roti.
