Green chillies (chopped) as desired
Salt to taste
Oil as required
Instructions
Heat oil in a saucepan, add onion and fry it.
Add Kaleji and garlic ginger paste and fry.
When its water dries up and changes color, add salt, chopped red chillies, coriander powder, curd and tomato puree, mix and cover and cook.
When the oil separates, fry and add chopped cumin, chopped coriander, hot spice powder, green coriander and green chillies.
Remove to a serving plate and start with warm naan or roti.
