Ingredients
  

  • 3 nos Egg
  • 45 gm Sugar
  • 5 drops Vanilla essence
  • 100 gm Pistachio powder
  • 45 gm Flour
  • 20 ml Oil
  • 10 ml Milk
  • 5 drops Color

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl add eggs, sugar, and vanilla mix and whisk until fluffy.
  • Now add flour and after beating with a batter add oil and milk and bake in a 12x18 baking tray at 180°C for 10 to 12 minutes.
  • After cooling it. Meanwhile prepare the filling 100 grams of pistachio powder, color, and 50 grams of condensed milk in 200 grams of whipped whipping cream mix.
  • Now spread it on a roll roll it and freeze it for 30 minutes.
  • Now cream frosting on top and cut it then serve.
