Faluda

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Corn flour
  • 3 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 lit Milk
  • 4 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Rose syrup
  • 6 scoop Vanilla ice cream
  • 2 tbsp Basil seeds soaked in 1 cup water for 3 mins

Instructions
 

  • Mix together corn flour and water, cook stirring continuously till thick and glossy, put in faluda press and remove in chilled water as shown.

TO SERVE

  • Mix the tukhmalanga seed in milk, divide milk into 6 glasses, add faluda in glasses, gently pour the rose syrup, put a scoop of ice cream on top of each glass, serve immediately.
