Ingredients
  

  • 500 gm Boneless chicken
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 2 Green chilies grinded
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Crushed red pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Allspice
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Coriander leaves
  • 2 tbsp Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Dried fenugreek
  • 1/4 tsp Orange color
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Marinate chicken with all the above for 2 hours, grill in a pan with little oil on medium flame to give color on both sides, cover, and cook on medium heat for 10 mins, Give dum of coal, serve with onion rings and chatni.
