Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 kg Mutton
  • 250 gm Yellow Lentil (soaked)
  • 3 Tomatoes (sliced) 
  • 4 Green Chilies (chopped) 
  • 1/2 cup Mint leaves 
  • 1/2 cup Oil
  • 1/2 cup Brown Onions
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric 
  • 1 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder 
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 2 tsp Chili Powder 
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt 
  • 1/2 tsp All Spice
  • 4 Green Chilies (chopped) 

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil, add brown onion with mutton.
  • Tomatoes, ginger garlic, and dry spices fry well.
  • Add 1 cup water cover and cook for 15 – 20 min, then add in the soak daal,
  • Cover and cook till daal and mutton tender, add allspice, green chilies, mint leaves and serve.
