Chicken Tikka Panini

Ingredients
  

To Marinate

  • 1/2 kg Boneless chicken
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  • 2 tbsp Chicken tikka masala 
  • 2-3 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup Oil
  • Coal to smoke

For Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup Melted butter 
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Hot sauce

To Assemble:

  • Panini bread
  • 1 cup Chopped cucumber
  • 1 cup Chopped tomato 
  • 1 cup Iceberg roughly chopped
  • 4-6 Cheddar cheese slices

Instructions
 

  • Marinate chicken with given ingredients, pan fry in 2 tbsp oil until done, give dum of coal, mix together all the ingredients for sauce, apply on panini bread, toss together tomatoes, cucumber and lettuce
  • Place the vegetables on bread, drizzle with some sauce, put chicken tikka pcs, cover with cheese slices, top with panini bread
  •  Grill in the oven till cheese melts or cut in slices and serve without drilling.
