Ingredients
  

  • 4 Eggs (lightly beaten)
  • 1/4 cup Oil 
  • 1 cup Onions (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric 
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 2 Green Chilies (finely chopped) 
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
  • 1 Tomato (chopped) 

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan, fry the onions well.
  • Add the turmeric powder, chili powder and the green chillies, fry for half a minute, and then add the eggs and the seasoning.
  • Stir and cook till the eggs to thicken, and then add the coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot with bread or chapattis.
