CHICKEN BEHARI PIZZA

Ingredients
  

For Dough :

  • 100 gm Flour
  • 100 gm Fine flour
  • 1 tbsp Yeast
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Oil
  • Luke warm water to knead

For Pizza sauce :

  • 4 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Mixed herbs
  • 1 tsp Crushed red pepper
  • 1 pinch Orange color
  • 1 tbsp Garlic crushed

For Filling :

  • 1 Chicken breast(julienne cut )
  • 2 tbsp Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 1 tbsp Behari kabab masala
  • Oil for pan frying
  • 2 tbsp Onion coarsely chopped
  • 4-6 Jalapeno pepper sliced
  • 1 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese grated
  • Parsley as required
  • Ginger thinly sliced for garnish

Instructions
 

METHOD FOR DOUGH :

  • Sieve together both the flours, add in salt, sugar, yeast, and oil, and knead with lukewarm water to form a soft dough, bang well, spread on a well-greased pizza plate, and let it rise covered for 30 mins.

METHOD FOR SAUCE :

  • Mix all the ingredients in a pan, keep it in the fridge for 4-6 hours, then use accordingly, do not cook the sauce just mix everything.

METHOD FOR FILLING:

  • Marinate chicken julienne with yogurt, water, and Behari kebab masala, and pan fry in oil till done, keep aside.
  • Brush the risen pizza sides with oil, spread with pizza sauce, sprinkle with ½ cup of mozzarella cheese grated, chicken filling, onion cubes, and jalapenos, top with 1 cup of grated mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake on 200 D for 20 mins, brush sides of pizza with oil, bake for another 5 mins, garnish pizza with ginger julienne and fresh parsley chopped.
