Sieve together both the flours, add in salt, sugar, yeast, and oil, and knead with lukewarm water to form a soft dough, bang well, spread on a well-greased pizza plate, and let it rise covered for 30 mins.
METHOD FOR SAUCE :
Mix all the ingredients in a pan, keep it in the fridge for 4-6 hours, then use accordingly, do not cook the sauce just mix everything.
METHOD FOR FILLING:
Marinate chicken julienne with yogurt, water, and Behari kebab masala, and pan fry in oil till done, keep aside.
Brush the risen pizza sides with oil, spread with pizza sauce, sprinkle with ½ cup of mozzarella cheese grated, chicken filling, onion cubes, and jalapenos, top with 1 cup of grated mozzarella cheese.
Bake on 200 D for 20 mins, brush sides of pizza with oil, bake for another 5 mins, garnish pizza with ginger julienne and fresh parsley chopped.
