Ingredients
  

  • 2 Eggs
  • 30 gm Butter
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp Corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 2 tbsp Corn flour
  • 130 gm Pecan nuts
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla

Ingredients for pie dough

  • 250 gm Butter
  • 125 gm Sugar powder
  • 5 drops Vanilla
  • 325 gm Flour
  • 25 gm Milk powder
  • 2 gm Salt

Instructions
 

  • In a saucepan add sugar, butter, maple syrup, corn syrup water, and corn flour add and cook on low heat .now in a bow add egg and vanilla essence then beat it.
  • Then add cooked ingredients Now add pecan nuts and add in a pie shell then bake at 160 degrees for 25 minutes.
  • Now all dough ingredients mix well and knead then place on refrigerator for some time. now dough roll and spread on mold then bake again at 160 degrees for 15 minutes.
