Ingredients
  

  • 500 gm Boneless chicken
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 2 Green chilies grinded
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Crushed red pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Allspice
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Coriander leaves
  • 2 tbsp Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Dried fenugreek
  • 1/4 tsp Orange color
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Marinate chicken with all the above for 2 hours
  • Grill in a pan with little oil on medium flame to give color on both sides
  • Cover, and cook on medium heat for 10 mins
  • Give dum of coal, serve with onion rings and chatni.
