Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 kg  Boiled potatoes mashed
  • 1 1/2 tsp Roasted and crushed cumin 
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Chat masala
  • 1 tsp Crushed red pepper 
  • 2 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped 
  • 1 tbsp Mint leaves chopped 
  • 2 Green chilies chopped

 Ingredients for Chicken

  • 2  Boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tsp All spice
  • 1 tsp Salt 
  • 2 Green chilies chopped
  • 1 tsp Crushed red pepper
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste 
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs 

Instructions
 

  • Boil chicken with all the ingredients till tender and dry, shred chicken well, mix all the ingredients for potatoes in mashed potatoes, mix with shredded chicken, make kebabs coat in beaten egg then bread crumbs and deep fry.
