Pizza Paratha

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Chicken Breasts (boiled & shredded) 
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese 
  • 2 Tomatoes (chopped)
  • 2-3 tbsp Coriander leaves 
  • 1 Capsicum (chopped) 
  • 1 Onion (chopped)
  • 6-8 Olives 
  • 3-4 Mushroom (sliced) 
  • 1 tbsp Crush red pepper 
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 4 tbsp Pizza sauce

 Ingredients for paratha:

  • 3 cup Flour 
  • 1 cup Wheat flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt 
  • 1 tbsp Sugar 
  • 1/4 cup Oil

Instructions
 

 Method for Filling:

  • Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan add pizza sauce with boiled chicken crush pepper, cook for 5 min and remove.

 Method for Paratha:

  • Kneed all well together in to a medium dough make into balls stuff with filling and roll as shown, Shallow fry.
