RESTAURANT STYLE GREEN QEEMA

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 kg Beef mince
  • 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 Capsicum small
  • 1/2 bunch Coriander leaves
  • 6 Green chilies
  • 1 tsp Whole cumin
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 1 cup Chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup Chopped tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Allspice
  • 1 1/2 tsp Dhania powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Dried fenugreek
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Peas
  • 1/2 cup Chopped coriander
  • 3 tbsp Soy chopped

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a wok, add cumin seeds and bay leaf, add chopped onion with salt, and cook till light golden, add chopped tomatoes, cover, and cook till soft
  • Grind together coriander leaves, capsicum, and green chilies to a fine paste, add ginger garlic in the wok with the grounded green paste
  • Black pepper, coriander, cumin, allspice, haldi, and lemon juice, cook well, add 1 cup water with mince, fry well, cover and cook for 10 mins
  • Add chopped coriander, peas and sua, cook well till done, serve hot with paratha.
