Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Chicken (8 pcs)
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp Black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 3 Tomatoes chopped
  • 1/2 cup Brown onion
  • 1/2 cup Coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Allspice
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Dhania powder
  • 1 tsp Dried fenugreek
  • Orange color a pinch
  • 2 tbsp Sweet chili sauce
  • 3-4 Green chilies
  • 20 Curry leaves
  • Cashew nuts handful
  • 2 tbsp Siracha sauce
  • Boiled eggs to serve
  • French fries to serve

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl mix together ginger garlic paste, salt, black pepper, yogurt, and lemon juice, mix well, and marinate this on chicken for 30 mins
  • Cook for 10 mins till water dries, deep fry cashew nuts, now blend fry onion and cashew nuts with tomatoes, handful coriander, allspice, jeera powder, turmeric, dhania powder, chili powder, kasuri methi, and remaining dahi, orange color and salt to taste , blend everything together keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a wok, add whole spices, curry leaves, and whole green chilies, fry well, add the blended masala, fry well adding a little water add sweet chili sauce, add the cooked chicken, leave it on dum for 10 mins.
  • Lastly, give dum of coal, and serve garnished with fried cashews and boiled eggs.
