Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 kg Boneless chicken cubes
  • 2 tbsp Yogurt 
  • 1 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp Corn flour
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 1 tbsp Ginger finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Garlic finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Crushed red pepper
  • 1/2 tsp All spice
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice 
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Salt leveled
  • 4 Green chilies cut in strips and deep fried
  • Orange red color pinch
  • 15-20 Curry leaves
  • Oil for deep frying

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl mix together Boneless chicken ½ kg cubesYogurt 2 tbsp, Soya sauce 1 tbspCorn flour 2 tbsp
  • Flour 2 tbsp, Ginger 1 tbsp finely chopped, Garlic 1 tsp finely chopped, Chili powder 1 tspCrushed red pepper 1 tsp,
  • All spice ½ tsp, Lemon juice 1 tsp, Egg 1, Salt 1 tsp leveled, Orange red color pinch
  • Marinate chicken in this for 2 hours, heat oil in a fry pan when the oil is hot deep fry chicken pieces until reddish brown, deep fry chicken until golden brown
  • Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok add curry leaves deep fry green chilies add your fried chicken toss well
  • Serve hot with onion rings and lemon wedges.
