Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 kg Chicken boneless
  • 2 Potatoes boiled and mashed
  • 4 tbsp Coriander leaves
  • 2 tbsp Mint leavesĀ 
  • 6-8 Green chilies
  • 1 pc Ginger 1 inch
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • Bread crumbs as required
  • Parathas to serve

Instructions
 

  • Grind together coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilies, ginger, mix in chicken with salt and 1 cup water, cover and cook till chicken done and water dries
  • Shared chicken mixed with mashed potatoes, make into round balls, roll in bread crumbs, dip in beaten eggs, deep fry.
