Oil for deep frying
Onion rings to serve
Cucumber to serve

Instructions
Marinate chicken with 1st marination for 2 hours, cook for 10 mins in a frying pan covered, remove and cool, mix with 2nd marination, keep for 15 mins, cook in hot oil, serve with onion rings, cucumber, and salad leaves.
