Ingredients
  

Ingredients for Marination :

  • 1/2 kg Boneless chicken
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Tandoori masala
  • 1 tbsp Chargha masala
  • 4 tbsp Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp Roasted & crushed cumin
  • Yellow food color a pinch

Ingredients for 2nd Marination :

  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 1 tbsp Rice flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp Chat masala
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp Mace
  • 1/2 tsp Allspice powder
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Onion rings to serve
  • Cucumber to serve
  • Salad leaves to serve

Instructions
 

  • Marinate chicken with 1st marination for 2 hours, cook for 10 mins in a frying pan covered, remove and cool, mix with 2nd marination, keep for 15 mins, cook in hot oil, serve with onion rings, cucumber, and salad leaves.
