Ingredients
  

  • 6 Chicken legs
  • 6 Chicken thigh 
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic
  • 1 tbsp Chili powder 
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt 
  • 1 tsp White pepper 
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Oil 
  • 1/2 cup Hung curd 
  • 2 tbsp Cream 
  • 3 tbsp Grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp Allspice
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Crushed black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Rose water
  • 2 tbsp Hot siracha sause 
  • 2 tbsp Sambal oleak 
  • 2 tbsp Plum sauce 
  • 1/4 cup Clarified melted 

Instructions
 

  • Give cuts on legs and thigh, soak them in deep water in a bowl with vinegar for 1 hour, remove and dry
  • Marinate with all the above ingredients, leave it for 2 hours, grill in oven for 30 mins on 180 d, cook kept over a cooling rack, give dum of coal and serve hot.
