Ingredients
  

  • 2 Potatoes cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 250 gm Cauliflower
  • 1/4 cup Oil 
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 4 Green chilies sliced
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic 
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Salt 
  • Ginger 1 inch piece thinly sliced
  • 3 tbsp Yogurt 
  • 1 Tomato chopped
  • 2 tb Coriander leaves 

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil add chopped onion,fry until soft add cumin seeds, green chilies, ginger garlic paste, fry for 2 minutes,
  • Add potatoes , cauliflower with chopped tomatoes, fry well, add salt, chili powder, turmeric with ½ cup water,cover and cook till nearly done,
  • Add yogurt, again cover,lastly add chopped ginger and chopped coriander leaves.
  • Serve with puri.
