Instructions
Heat oil add chopped onion,fry until soft add cumin seeds, green chilies, ginger garlic paste, fry for 2 minutes,
Add potatoes , cauliflower with chopped tomatoes, fry well, add salt, chili powder, turmeric with ½ cup water,cover and cook till nearly done,
Add yogurt, again cover,lastly add chopped ginger and chopped coriander leaves.
Serve with puri.
