Lemon Chicken with Saffron Rice

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 kg Boneless chicken cubes
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Mixed herbs 
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste 
  • 1 tsp Crushed black pepper 
  • 1 tsp Salt 
  • 1/4 cup Oil
  • 2 tbsp Yogurt 
  • 1 tsp Crushed red pepper 
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce 
  • 1/2 tsp Allspice
  • Capsicum 2 cut into square cubes
  • Onion 2 cut into square cubes
  • French fries to serve

Ingredients For Saffron Rice:

  • 1/2 kg Boiled rice with a pinch yellow a pinch
  • Saffron essence few drops
  • 1/4 cup Oil 
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1/2 tsp Allspice 
  • 1/4 tsp Saffron

Instructions
 

METHOD FOR CHICKEN:

  • Marinate chicken cubes with all the given ingredients, put on skewers alternating with cubes of onion and capsicum, pan fry in ¼ cup oil, serve with French fries and saffron rice.

METHOD FOR RICE:

  • Boil rice with ¼ tsp of yellow color, put the boiled rice in a pan with 2 tbsp oil, allspice, milk mixed with saffron essence and saffron, leave it on dum, serve with saffron sticks.
