PIYAZI CHOPS

Ingredients
  

  • 750 gm Mutton chops
  • 2 Potatoes (round thick slices)
  • 250 gm Onion cut in thick rings
  • 2-3 Tomatoes sliced
  • 1 Capsicum round slices
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic
  • 3 tbsp Coriander leaves
  • 4 Chopped Green chilies
  • 1 tbsp Whole spices mixed
  • 2 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp Roasted and crushed cumin
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil, add whole spices, when brown add chops, and fry for 5 mins, add ginger garlic, chili powder, turmeric, roasted and crushed cumin
  • Add ¼ cup water and fry well, then add 1 ½ cup water, cover, and pressure cook chops till tender.
  • Add sliced onion rings, potatoes, tomatoes and capsicum with ½ cup water, put on low heat in pressure cooker for 5 mins till vegetables tender.
  • Lastly sprinkle chopped coriander and whole green chilies.
