Instructions
Heat oil, add whole spices, when brown add chops, and fry for 5 mins, add ginger garlic, chili powder, turmeric, roasted and crushed cumin
Add ¼ cup water and fry well, then add 1 ½ cup water, cover, and pressure cook chops till tender.
Add sliced onion rings, potatoes, tomatoes and capsicum with ½ cup water, put on low heat in pressure cooker for 5 mins till vegetables tender.
Lastly sprinkle chopped coriander and whole green chilies.
