KOFTA NARMA DIL

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 kg Mince double ground
  • 1 Onion ground
  • 2 tsp Ginger garlic
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Allspice
  • 3 tbsp Roasted gram
  • 1 tbsp Poppy seeds
  • 10 Almonds

Ingredients for Gravy :

  • 1 raw Onion blended
  • 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 1/2 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp Allspice
  • 1 cup Yogurt

Instructions
 

METHOD FOR KOFTA :

  • Grind mince well, mix with ginger garlic paste, salt, chili powder, allspice, onion grinded, grinded gram, poppy seeds, and almonds, mix very well, add ¼ cup water, and make into balls.

METHOD FOR GRAVY :

  • Heat ½ cup oil, add blended onion, ginger garlic paste, and fry well for 5 mins, add salt, chili powder, turmeric, and coriander powder, fry well adding a little water, add yogurt, and fry till oil comes on top, add koftas, fry in the masala for 5 mins, add 1 ½ cup water for gravy, cover and cook for 10 mins, lastly add allspice, chopped coriander leaves.
