Heat ½ cup oil, add blended onion, ginger garlic paste, and fry well for 5 mins, add salt, chili powder, turmeric, and coriander powder, fry well adding a little water, add yogurt, and fry till oil comes on top, add koftas, fry in the masala for 5 mins, add 1 ½ cup water for gravy, cover and cook for 10 mins, lastly add allspice, chopped coriander leaves.
