Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 kg Chicken Mince
  • 1 bunch Coriander Leaves 
  • 20 gm Ginger 
  • 20 gm Garlic
  • 20 gm Malir Mirch
  • 10 gm Black Pepper (ground) 
  • 10 gm White Pepper (ground) 
  • 40 gm Chedder Cheese 
  • 2 tbsp Soya Sauce
  • 40 gm Flour
  • Salt as required

Instructions
 

  • Add ginger, garlic, and rest of the spices in chicken mince and grind all together.
  • Add finely chopped coriander leaves, 2 tbsp soya sauce, salt and cheese.
  • Use flour paste to seal this filling inside the wonton wrap and deep fry.
