Put it all together in a saucepan, and cook the custard as instructed. For garnish add fresh cream and some more nuts
METHOD :
Roughly break bakar khani into 5-6 pcs in a large casserole dish, sprinkle soaked raisins, roasted almonds pistachio, and coconuts, put all the ingredients under milk mixture in a pot except essence, and bring to a boil, keep stirring, cook the milk mixture on medium flame till it reduces to ¾.
Carefully pour this hot milk mixture over the prepared layers of bakar khani and nuts in the dish, finally spread the cooked custard on top, now place the dish in a preheated oven on 180 D for 10 mins
Pour fresh cream along the edges of the dish to garnish and spread some more nuts in the center, serve hot
