BUKHARA MASALA WINGS

Ingredients
  

  • 750 gm Chicken wings
  • 1 1/2 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Allspice
  • 1 tbsp Corn flour
  • 1/2 tsp Chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • 4 Chopped green chilies
  • Orange color a pinch
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice

Ingredients for Masala :

  • 1/4 cup Clarified butter
  • 2 tbsp Onion chopped
  • 1 Tomato choppered
  • 8 Cashew nuts grounded
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp Chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Allspice
  • 2 tbsp Coriander chopped
  • 1 tsp Dried fenugreek
  • 2 Green chilies chopped
  • 6 Whole cashew nuts

Instructions
 

  • Marinate chicken lollypops with the entire above, deep fry for 10-12 mins till done.

METHOD FOR MASALA :

  • Heat ghee, add chopped onion, fry light golden, add chopped tomatoes with all the seasonings, fry well, add ½ cup water, cover, and simmer for 5 mins, add fried chicken lollypops, garnish with coriander leaves and cashew nuts.
