MAKHAN MALAI TIKKA

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic
  • 1 tbsp Green chili paste
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 500 gm Chicken thigh cut into big pieces
  • 2 tbsp Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Cream
  • 1 1/2 tsp Crushed red pepper
  • 2 tbsp Grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp Corn flour
  • 1 Onion rings

Instructions
 

  • Heat water in a pan with ginger garlic, green chili paste, salt, and chicken thighs, and boil for 5 mins till the mixture is dry.
  • Take a bowl, add yogurt, cream, salt, black pepper, grated cheese, and corn flour, add chicken, mix it well, keep it for ½ hour
  • Add chicken and onion petals on skewers, and roast on medium-high flame on gas, give dum of coal.
  • Serve with onion rings and tomato rings.
