Instructions
Heat water in a pan with ginger garlic, green chili paste, salt, and chicken thighs, and boil for 5 mins till the mixture is dry.
Take a bowl, add yogurt, cream, salt, black pepper, grated cheese, and corn flour, add chicken, mix it well, keep it for ½ hour
Add chicken and onion petals on skewers, and roast on medium-high flame on gas, give dum of coal.
Serve with onion rings and tomato rings.
